Can I apply for a mortgage?

Of course, yes. Credit may be obtained in Swiss francs CHF. We recommend a mortgage in Swiss francs, as this rate is much lower than in the euro and slightly higher than the Swiss mortgage.

The bank will cover up to 60% of the property value for a greater percentage of coverage must enter into a contract directly with the bank.

Documents required for a mortgage:

– Copy of passport

– Copy of the Codice Fiscale (get at the Italian Consulate)

– Marriage Certificate

Mortgage up to 100.000 CHF: 0,50% of the amount provided, the minimum 300 CHF.

Mortgage up to 200.000 CHF: 0,40% of the amount provided, the minimum 500 CHF.

Mortgage over 200.001 CHF: 0,30% of the amount provided, the minimum 800 CHF.

Bank fee: 5 CHF.

Fees for services provided in foreign currency: 0.20%.

The cost of the mortgage in Euros €:

Credit of up to 25.000 €: 0,60% of the amount provided, but least 100 €.

Credit up to 50.000 €: 0,50% of the amount provided, minimum 150 €.

Credit up to 100.000 €: 0,45% of the amount provided, minimum 250 €.

Credit of up to 500.000 €: 0,35% of the amount provided, minimum 450 €.

Credit over 500.001 €: 0,30% of the amount provided, the minimum and maximum 1.750 € 150.000 €.

Bank fee: 5 CHF / 5 €.

Fees for services provided in foreign currency: 0.20%.

Expenses for examination: 240 €.

Insurance to cover the risk of fire or explosion is estimated and calculated together with clients.
