NEWS ON DONATIONS

We inform that Law No. 182 of December 2, 2025, for the simplification and digitalization of procedures relating to economic activities and services for citizens and businesses, it was published yesterday in the Official Journal. Article 44 specifically concerns simplifications for facilitating the legal circulation of donated assets.

The measure will therefore enter into force on December 18, 2025.

This is a reform long-awaited by the real estate industry and by FIAIP, which has repeatedly advocated for overcoming the critical issues that hindered the sale of donated properties.
